Shipping

Q　Is there a shipping fee?

  • A　Shipping is free for all domestic orders. We also offer free international shipping to 27 countries worldwide.

Q　If I purchase pre-order items and in-stock items together, will they be shipped together?

  • A　Pre-order items and in-stock items will be shipped separately. We kindly ask that you place separate orders for these items.

Q　How long does it take from order to shipment?

  • A　Orders are typically shipped within 5 business days. For pre-order items, please check the information displayed on each product page. *Please note that this may be subject to change due to transport disruptions caused by weather or other factors.

Q　I would like to know the shipping status of my order.

  • A　You can check your shipping status using the tracking URL provided in the shipping confirmation email sent after your order has been dispatched.

Payment

Q　What payment methods are available?

  • A　You can pay via Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal.
    ・We accept the following credit cards:
    　VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB

Q　Can I get a receipt?

  • A　The delivery note included with your shipment serves as your receipt.

Returns and Exchanges

Q　What should I do if I receive a defective item or an item different from what I ordered?

  • A　While we take the utmost care in shipping your items, if you receive an item that is soiled, damaged, or different from your order, please contact us via this form within 7 days of arrival. We will promptly arrange for an exchange. If an exchange is not possible, we will issue a refund. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges for the following items, even in these cases:

    ・Items reported after 7 days from arrival
    ・Items that have been used, altered, or dry-cleaned
    ・Items soiled or damaged by the customer
    ・Items whose condition upon return differs significantly from the condition at delivery (including boxes and accessories)
    ・Other items designated as non-returnable

Q　Can I return or exchange an item if the color, size, shape, or material does not match my expectations?

  • A　We accept returns and exchanges for items within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us via this form.
    Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please be aware that returns and exchanges are not accepted for pre-order items, so please purchase carefully. Additionally, even for items within 7 days of delivery, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:
